Volunteers Needed
 Want to help students grow? Volunteer your time and
talent for the EcoBot Challenge! Work in the area that
best suits your interests and availability.
Some activities require as little as two to four hours.
Others require a full-day commitment.
Pre-Event Team
- Provide Assistance with Check-In and Hospitality
at Workshop Training Sessions
- Assist with Marketing and Fundraising Efforts
Student Robot Competition
- Serve as a Competition Judge (Training Required) - From 9am to 5pm on April 17
- Assist Students at one of the (24) Competition Tables
- Assist Students in the Practice Area
- Assist with Tabulating, Posting and Reporting Results (Electronic Process)
Student Marketing Competition
- Serve as a Competition Judge (Pre-Screening of PowerPoint Files) - 1/2-Day shifts available on April 17
- Serve as a Competition Judge (On-Site)
- Assist with Coordinating Student Oral Presentations
- Assist with Tabulating, Posting and Reporting Results (Electronic Process)
Eco-Ambassador
- Assist with Registration Check-In and/or On-Site Ticket Sales (Training Required)
- Assist at the General Information Booth (Training Required)
- Escort Sponsors/Exhibitors to Assigned Tables and Assist with Set Up and Tear Down
- Serve as a Host or Hostess in the Break Room
- Make Announcements as Requested
- Assist with Awards Presentation
